Welcome
Hello I'm Emma and welcome to my blog.
Since childhood I have had a passion for books and reading, as a child for me learning to read and write was very difficult and I was soon diagnosed with Dyslexia. But as my ability developed so did my passion for the written word and the magical lands and events I could be involved in and transported to.
For years I have enjoyed my love of books and in late 2018 I decided to take this a step further by starting @booksandemma on Instagram. Here I posted the books i was reading and small reviews. This was such a huge step for me as my confidence in my writing is so low due to my Dyslexia.

I found myself in a community of lovely readers, authors and publishers who like the thriller/psychological twisty turn books that i do.
So with a deep breath and the hope my spell checker can cope! finally in February 2019 I decided to turn @booksandemma in to a blog and from that the The Twist and Turn Book Blog was born.
My mission is to give others a taste of what i like to read, what i think of the books, and a list of the best of what is upcoming, especially in this amazing genre.
So come on in! Take some time to explore the blog, enjoy an review or two and feel free to reach out. If you have any comments (even on my spelling and grammar!), any suggestions for books or if you would like to collaborate on a project together.

This is of course my personal Blog. The books I review are either provided by the author/publisher/review group, advanced reader copies from book review sites or purchased by myself.

My reviews are entirely unaffected by how I come by a book and I always give my honest opinions of what I have read.
If I do receive an advance review copy of a book, I will make this clear in the review or blog posting.
