Synopsis

My Review
"Everything You Have" is the thrilling second novel from the hugely talented Kate Ruby.
It is evident that the author's background in TV has influenced this book, as it reads like the perfect evening thriller that is just begging to be adapted into a TV drama!
In this read Sasha seems to have it all - she is successful, brilliant at her job, and has a loving husband who has two teenage children.
However, the one thing she desires most is a child of her own. After multiple failed cycles of IVF treatment, she is determined to try again.
Enter Jenna, a young and newly hired assistant to Sasha. Jenna quickly becomes indispensable to Sasha, knowing all the details of her life and going above and beyond to make Sasha happy.
As the relationship between Sasha and Jenna becomes increasingly obsessive, it becomes clear that both women are hiding more secrets than they realize.
Filled with tension and a gripping pace, this book had me on the edge of my seat. I found myself both infuriated and captivated by the characters, desperate to uncover the truth.
"Everything You Have" is a fantastic summer thriller that will leave you wanting more!

Kate Ruby is a pseudonym for an award-winning TV drama producer and screenwriter.
Her previous novel, Tell Me Your Lies, was a Richard and Judy Book Club pick in 2022 and is now in development for TV with a major US network after a fierce bidding war for the rights.
Everything You Have is already under option for the screen.
Kate balances her writing career alongside her work as an executive producer, with recent credits including The Girl Before for the BBC and HBO and The Flatshare for Paramount Plus.
