My Review
this read had me hooked from the blurb! but I was not expecting the roller-coaster of a story that this developed into! Wow!
In this read we meet Matt, Annabelle and their 3 children, living an perfectly idyllic life.
When one day while out with the kids Matt nips into the local shop to grab a couple of bits, he's only going to be 2 minutes so he leaves the 3 children safe in the car.
but there not, when Matt returns he discovers the car and children and missing.
A parent worst nightmare, all of his children kidnapped.
Racing home to tell his wife of what has happened, Matt his head all over the places tells Annabelle what has happened, them the true nightmare starts when the kidnapper makes contact Matt and Annabelle children will be returned safely, under two conditions, 1) the police are not contacted and 2) Annabelle herself is exchanged for the children.
if your not already gripped this read real gets its claws into you now, told from several points of view including Matt, Annabelle and the kidnapper, we move from the present day to flashbacks of the past as the true reason behind these events starts to unravel.
I can say no more as a no spoiler blog but this is a rea that has you flying through the pages just to find out the ending, gripping, chilling and with some fantastic twists in the tale, this is a captivating thriller that is a must read for fans of this genre!
