My Review

This was our 2nd read in this series the first been The Demon of DevilGate drive and what another thrilling adventure we encountered!

My boys "The Mini Twists" loved this book and the 1st in the series equally It gave them real "Goosebumps" vibes and made me personally remember back to the "Point Horror" series i loved as a child.

I always enjoyed books that were a little spooky and my boys are no different and only a few chapters in declared these books AMAZING!!

In the read we meet Jeff and his friend Suzie stuck looking for inspiration for a school project they stumble across some old books about pirates, to most this would mean very little but Jeff and Suize live in Skeleton Cove a place full of weird and mysterious happenings

As people start to see the pirates, along with sudden disappearances in the cove, Jeff and his friends a convinced that the Pirate ghost has returned!

Can Jeff and Suzie solve the mystery and save Skeleton Cove?

Full of fun, mystery, ghostly goings on and pirate adventures this is a brilliant read for children who are looking for a bit of spookiness!

Fantastic characters who my children were able to relate too and a beautiful if a little creepy setting in Skeleton cove!

The whole read is packed with fun tension and keeps you gripped wondering what will happen next!

The author has created a wonderful home in which to set this series and my boys cannot wait for there next trip to Skeleton Cove!
